x4 – 2023 Cabernet Rosé: Bursting with red berries and wonderfully floral aromatics. This year’s Rose champions the qualities of the limestone upon which the Cabernet grapes were grown, with a delightful minerality and citrusy undertones of Orange and Lemon peel. Best enjoyed within 2 years.

x4 – 2021 Shiraz: A wonderfully soft and plush Shiraz. Medium bodied with fine, silky tannins, this vintage favours restraint and champions the fruit. Notes of Plum, cherries and a hint of mocha this wine will mature beautifully over the next few years for those that want to see some more of those secondary characteristics support the excellent fruit quality.

x4 – 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon: For those that enjoy a bit more tannin, structure and savoury characters, we recommend this one! Medium bodied and fine tannins pair wonderfully with notes of black olive, venison, cigar box and just a hint of red berries. Like our previous vintages, this Cabernet should age beautifully over the next 10 years.
